14 days from the date of delivery for refunds

Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return

Condition of Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with ALL tags attached

Must be returned in original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log into your KOSHA account and visit your order history
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Print the return label and take the package to the closet USPS location
   

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
Confirmation email will be sent once refund is processed
